Description:

The Saratoga Spirit 660 ergometer offers both upper and lower body training, with simultaneous upper and lower body rotation.

The Spirit 660 comes standard with high-torque training and low-impact training.

It features Longer level arm for upper extremities (51⁄2" vs. 31⁄2" for the feet) and special internal sprocket ratio give the upper extremities a mechanical advantage, requiring less force to move pedals for those who have weak legs. For low-impact training the Spirit 660 provides a smooth, fluid motion; arms and legs do not turn in phase.

This means for every three upper-extremity revolutions, the lower extremities turn twice.

The Spirit 660 features a steel base with travel wheels, and a digital display that shows pedal miles per hour, time, distance, calories and pulse.

It also comes with a tilting feature that allows the base to be adjusted for the most comfortable position for arm lengths. Finally, the Spirit 660 easily folds down for storage.
